Award-winning non-executive Director Clive Bawden, founder of Governance360 Group, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker on a workshop to be held on Thursday 16th March 2023, on governance structures for high growth potential businesses identified by the Greater Birmingham & Solihull Growth Hub (GBSLEP).

Part of the Founders Collective programme run by GBSLEP, Bawden will help founders think about their governance structure, ownership structure and how to manage officers and directors.

The Founders Collective is a seven week programme focusing on finance and investment readiness, to enable small businesses to to scale-up. The GBSLEP is part of a network of 38 Growth Hubs across England, the service is part-funded by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the European Union Regional Development Fund and Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership.
